Our team recently completed a full remodel of a 30-year outdated one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. We transformed the kitchen into an efficient cooking space, despite limited area. We also demolished the bathroom and adjacent closet, utilizing the extra space to increase the width of the bathroom by 3 feet.

 

To bring the unit up to code, we removed and replaced the outdated cloth wiring, earning the Owner an insurance credit. During the renovation, we discovered terrazzo flooring underneath the existing ceramic tiles, which we repaired and polished to create a stunning finish.
