A repeat client contacted us about a roof ladder system at their retail store that was a safety hazard for maintenance personnel. 

 

After assessing their situation, we collaborated worked with an architect and structural engineer to create a design ensuring a code-compliant roof access ladder system with a safety rail at the roof to provide safe access to the roof.
